Upon arrival, your room<\/a> will be available from 15:30 pm.<\/p>\n Upon departure, guests are kindly invited to leave the room<\/a> before 10:30 am.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In cash, with bank check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The entrance to dining room and wellness centre<\/a> is not allowed for strollers. Our hotel<\/a> is equipped with highchairs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The entrance to the Wellness centre<\/a> is allowed only to adults (from 14 years old) and is not permitted to infants and children.<\/p>\n The entrance to the park is possible only for the hotel<\/a> guests.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In case of late check-out will be charged the full cost of the day of the room<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In our hotel we allow only small size dogs (\u20ac 10,00 per day);<\/p>\n they can stay in the room or by the private area<\/a> outside the hotel<\/a>.<\/p>\n We thank you for your comprehension.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We kindly remind to our guests that smoking inside the hotel<\/a> is not permitted. S.A.S.<\/p>\n BANK: FPB CASSA \u2013 ALBA DI CANAZEI (TN)<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Up to 30 days before arrival: <\/strong>the deposit will remain valid until the end of the current season and can be used for a stay of the same amount or number of nights.<\/p>\n If it is not used within the season, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>From 29 to 15 days before arrival: <\/strong>the deposit will be retained and not refunded.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>From 14 to 8 days before arrival: <\/strong>a penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay will be applied.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: <\/strong>payment of the balance of the entire stay will also be required.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Late arrival or early departure: <\/strong>for days not used, regardless of the reason, the total amount of the agreed reservation will still be charged.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to reservations for accommodation services.
