BUT IN CASE OF NEW LOCK DOWN/CLOSING OF THE STATES CAUSE COVID 19
WE WILL ISSUE A VOUCHER EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT PAID TO BE USED WITHIN 1 YEAR
Accommodation Tax
From January 2015 we must collect the municipal accommodation tax, € 2,00 per person over 14 years old per night.
The tax is not included in our prices.
Check In & Check Out
Upon arrival, your room will be available from 15.00 pm.
Upon departure, guests are kindly invited to leave the room before 10.00 am.
Payment methods
In cash (for payments less than € 999,00), with bank check or credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
Children
The entrance to dining room and wellness centre is not allowed for strollers. Our hotel is equipped with highchairs.
Wellness center
The entrance to the Wellness centre is allowed only to adults (from 14 years old) and is not permitted to infants and children.
The entrance to the park is possible only for the hotel guests.
Late check out
In case of late check-out will be charged the full cost of the day of the room
Dogs
In our hotel we allow only small size dogs (€ 10,00 per day); they can stay in the room or by the private area outside the hotel.
We thank you for your comprehension.
Smoking areas
We kindly remind to our guests that smoking inside the hotel is not permitted. Terraces and the park are the only locations where smoking is allowed.
Confirmation of reservation
The reservation will be considered as binding action only with you written confirmation and the transfer of the deposit in the amount of 30% of the decided final amount.
Deposit can be paid either by credit card or by bank check.
It is possible to book the category of the room but is not possible to chose the exact room or the floor of the accommodation.

Cancellation of the reservation
In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival at the Hotel, the deposit will be blocked until the end of the current season to give the possibility to recover it for at least the same number of nights or the amount previously canceled, which is still not possible to recover it within the current season the deposit will be retained and will no longer be refunded.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, if done later than 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be kept and not given back.
We inform all our guests, in order to avoid “unpleasant and regrettable misunderstandings” that for the days not used for the express will of the customer OR FOR POSITIVITY ‘ANTIGENIC TAMPON COVID-19 causing late arrival, early departure or no show,other than that agreed at the time of booking, the customer will still be charged the cost of the agreed amount of the reservation without any further deduction
