Tourist Tax
From January 2015 we must collect the municipal accommodation tax, € 2,00 per person over 14 years old per night.
The tax is not included in our prices.
Check In & Check Out
Upon arrival, your room will be available from 15:30 pm.
Upon departure, guests are kindly invited to leave the room before 10:30 am.

Children
The entrance to dining room and wellness centre is not allowed for strollers. Our hotel is equipped with highchairs.
Wellness center
The entrance to the Wellness centre is allowed only to adults (from 14 years old) and is not permitted to infants and children.
The entrance to the park is possible only for the hotel guests.
Late check out
In case of late check-out will be charged the full cost of the day of the room
Dogs
In our hotel we allow only small size dogs (€ 10,00 per day);
they can stay in the room or by the private area outside the hotel.
We thank you for your comprehension.
Smoking areas
We kindly remind to our guests that smoking inside the hotel is not permitted. Terraces and the park are the only locations where smoking is allowed.
Confirmation of reservation
The reservation will be considered as binding action only with you written confirmation and the transfer of the deposit in the amount of 30% of the decided final amount.
Deposit can be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer.
It is possible to book the category of the room but is not possible to chose the exact room or the floor of the accommodation.

Cancellation of the reservation
Up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit will remain valid until the end of the current season and can be used for a stay of the same amount or number of nights.
If it is not used within the season, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.
From 29 to 15 days before arrival: the deposit will be retained and not refunded.
From 14 to 8 days before arrival: a penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay will be applied.
From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: payment of the balance of the entire stay will also be required.
Late arrival or early departure: for days not used, regardless of the reason, the total amount of the agreed reservation will still be charged.
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to reservations for accommodation services. These conditions also apply in the event of supervening impossibility.
By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the conditions of cancellation, interruption of stay, and charging procedures in the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, as described in this document.
